Bougainvillea is a 2024 Indian Malayalam-language psychological crime thriller. It is directed by Amal Neerad and co-written with Lajo Jose. The film is produced by Amal Neerad Productions and Udaya Pictures.

The cast includes Jyothirmayi, Kunchacko Boban, and Fahadh Faasil. Veena Nandakumar, Srinda, and Sharaf U Dheen play supporting roles. The film is based on Lajo Jose's 2019 novel Ruthinte Lokam. It marks Jyothirmayi's return to cinema after 11 years.

Bougainvillea was released in theatres on 17 October 2024. It received mixed to positive reviews and was a moderate box office success.

Royce and Reethu are a happily married couple with two children. Their lives change after an accident leaves Reethu with amnesia. As they try to rebuild their life, a new problem arises.

ACP David Koshy begins investigating the disappearances of tourists in Kerala. Reethu becomes the prime suspect. Royce struggles to prove her innocence. At the same time, he helps her recover her lost memories.

The film, inspired by Ruthinte Lokam, explores love, trust, and identity in chaotic times.
